What are you suppose to say/do when you see your pregnant friend for the first time!?
I've already said congrats over email, but that's it!

you could say congrates again and tell her how good she looks and that if she needs anything to let you know. that's what i did when i found out my best friend was pregnant.

Just say hi, talk to her normally but expect her mind to be on the pregnancy. She may talk about it a lot. You can ask her how she feels, how the baby is doing, and maybe even ask her if she knows the gender (after 5+ months pregnant).
