I would like to go back to the time in what is now the U.S. before "white" men came. Some of my ancestry is Native American, and I'd like to know how it was for those people before explorers came and changed so much. I'd want to learn about the skills my forebears had, and their beliefs and customs, as they saw them, not as later interpreted by European culture.

I lived the 60's, don't need to do that again. I would have to say I would enjoy being in America, around WWII. and the Wild West Days. I would like to experience America when the citizens all work for one joint effort the War, be it ladies working in factories, etc. I would like to experience traveling in a covered wagon and seeing how this land really was back then before it was torn up for progress. I know I would miss my creature comforts of today, but it would still be a great time while it lasted.

I would rather go to the future, but if I had to choose a time in the past I would go to the world war 2 era 1941 1945. That is where I would have been needed the most.

I'd love to be back in the 60's in San Francisco for the Summer of Love, because back then, politics and protests and whatnot really meant something!
If I get a second choice, I'd like to go back to the 40's, because I think the hairstyles and fashions and music are so much fun.

If I was allowed to take the equipment I would choose with me I would go back to the late stone age in Europe and stay there for the rest of my life.

1880-1889, the American West, the chance to explore a new country and still have the pioneer spirit. I would work the land as a farmer, not a cattle man

I would live in the 60s. Those were some pretty amazing times. I would have been a hippy for sure, roaming the streets, wearing beads and dropping acid.
