Russian Tortoise Nesting?

What does a Russian Tortoise nest, or test nest, look like. (links to websites with pictures of some would be most helpful, but a description is better then nothing lol)

All it is would be a simple hole in loose, warm, slightly moist soil dug by the hind legs. It is usually small at the front end, and wider adn deeper in back.
