enter the http://ip address in the web browser window.
then enter user name password
go to applications and gaming tab
this is port fowarding
enable the port number. upd and tcp
thats about it. oh and ip address for the machine its running on,
It should be open after that

Telnet to it and see if it responds.
Open the command shell and type in the following:
telnet ip.address.to.router 443
Be warned though, if you've got any filters set, it may still respond to your telnet session, and not to others. And vice versa, make sure those filters are correct.
