morning sickness can happen any time of the day.
w/my first i was sick the whole 9 months.
the last time was not so bad, and this one i never had it....i figure that was payback for all the hell i went through the first time around lol.

try food that is light on your stomach...crackers, eggs, toast etc.
and water instead of juice, which is acidic and can upset your tummy.

I'm 15 weeks, i'm currently on Zofran because I have really bad morning sickness to where I throw up everything in my system and can't keep anything down. Everyone says that it will only be for the first trimester but i'm still doing it really bad when I am not taking the medication. It's normal because I have alot of friends that were sick 5-6 months during the pregnancy. Just try crackers in the morning before getting up and throughout the day.

Everything doesn't always get better after the first trimester. I am usually sick until about 25-30 weeks. It's different for every woman.

If you find that you're throwing up so often that you can't keep much nourishment or liquids down, you might ask your doctor or midwife about a safe anti-nausea medication for pregnancy - something like phenergen or dramamine.

Best of luck. I know how you're feeling!

When I was pregnant my doctor gave me some advice that really worked. Eat plain chips & chase it with lemonaid or lemon juice.

Sounds crazy but it did work for me and has helped other people I have told about it as well. I had morning sickness so bad I was passing out and had to be hospitalized twice and nothing helped except this.

Hope you get feeling better soon.

I worked with a women who threw up from the time she got pregnant (before the missed period) straight threw labor.
It worked this way for all 4 of her boys (she knew she was pregnant by the nausea, AND she needed a bucket in the delivery room, all 4 times).
Seriously, I'm not making this up and I'm not trying to scare you.

Good Luck, hope this isn't the case for you.

I threw up until the day I had my daughter. I was so sick with her! But with my son, I only had minimal morning sickness, and only in the first trimester. So, it just depends on the pregnancy and what is going on in your life right now. So, it is perfectly normal. If it gets worse and doesn't go away, your OB can write you a script to help tame the nausea.

My morning sickness didn't go away until I was 17 wks. If you tend to drink during meals...DON'T! Drink in between meals. That should help with the vomitting.
Hope you feel better.

I had the same problem.the doctor told me to start taking an extra iron pill with my vitamins, it has worked so far, also try to eat a little bit at a time..no big meals only small snacks, but always make sure you drink alot.

My cousin was SICK all throughout both her pregnancies. She needed medication just to be able to hold food down. Some women are just unlucky that way. Visit your doctor or midwife. He or she can suggest something for relief.

I hope you feel better soon.
