Why not go and irritate the cops in the other 43 states and then head to D.C. and get "harrassed" there as well. Then you can sue every state and the federal govt.

I really cant understand being abused by police in seven
states, unless you are really a smart as, there is a possibility, that something has been written on your license, and every time you are stopped, it warns the police, about something you may or may not have done.
TRUE EXAMPLE: a friend of mine noticed that every time he was stopped, one policeman stood on the outside passenger side,with weapon drawn, while the other questioned him... eventually he found out that when he was arrested once, and after some abuse by the police he said to one of them: "I would like to see you sometime in civilian clothes, go for coffee somewhere". Since then they put on his license, "arrest alert, dangerous", So every time he was stopped by police he was in danger of even getting shot..
IF YOU ARE NOT A SMARTAS< THEN LOOK INTO THIS POSSIBILITY.
EDIT. I read your profile, or some of the things you write about yourself, and some of the questions, you have asked, and answered. So I really do not think that the example
I wrote about, has nothing to do with your case.

At what point do you consider that your behavior might be the problem? I mean, your suggesting that you got stuck by lightening not once, but 7 times in 7 different areas. Coincidence, or are you carrying a lightening rod with you wherever you go?

You might want to stop flipping your middle finger every time you see a cop, that tends to annoy them. Also, stop yelling "Here, piggy piggy piggy". People like you don't need a lawyer, you need your butt kicked, the cops have the right idea, they are just not going far enough.

You know, if you get abused by cops in one state, I'd say maybe it was the cops fault. If its up to seven, I'd say maybe you're bringing it on yourself.
