goo gone will ruin the clearcoat.

Prep-sol is available at any paint body supply store.

That will do the trick.

buy a couple of CO2 cans (the stuff we use to blow the dust off computer keyboards) spray for a few seconds and when it gets very colds, scrap it carefully with a credit card or any non-sharp edge
Another way, glue magicly soffens with the morning dew. Try in the early morning hours if you guys get dew
