I am going to have to go with Popeye's on this one. Their chicken is almost always served fresh and hot! Their chicken is juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, they let you have your chicken spicy or mild...
They are the champs when it comes to chain fried chicken places..

It's certainly not KFC. My vote would have to be for Charlie's Chicken. Delicious, tender and juicy.
