Heh. I'm really not sure what you are looking for here. Are you asking for the average size of the adult male testicle? If so, I'm curious as to why. Does the size tell you something about him or his ability in the sack (pardon the pun).

I think you should take in consideration the penis size and not the sack, which gets no importance for the sexual intercourse or for the future fertility! Besides, the scrotum size gives no information about the testicles, whose average size -anyway- is 2 inches long, 0.8 inch in breadth, and 1.2 inches in diameter. For the penis the average is within 5.5-6.5". Enjoy!

huh? you wait and find out. anyhow, what's the difference? his sack? do you mean just his balls or his penis too? cuz i don't think the size of his 'sack' is gonna make much difference to you; it's the size of his penis that might. and there's no real way to tell. there are old wive's tales that you can tell by the size and shape of their nose...
