yep. because she could hear it, unless she was deaf, and then she would still be bitching.
and as for the tree falling in the woods. Well if you think about it, sound is only vibrations that our ears convert into sound. So if a tree fell in the woods, it would make vibrations, but if there were no ears around to convert those vibrations into sound, then it WOULD NOT MAKE A SOUND!
WHo came first the chicken or the egg? THE CHICKEN OF COURCE! because before the chicken evolved into an egg laying creature it gave live birth. so the chickens ancestors gave live birth to a chicken who gave birth to an egg.

No. There is no one to hear her bitching, and so it can no longer be labeled "bitching" except by her, and she is more likely to say that she is expressing her feelings rather than bitching.
