Than to try to ban Harry Potter from schools?

This lady is a riot, like it's HARRY POTTER which is causing the moral fabric of our nation to fall apart. Not the excessive violence and sex on television and the internet, no its Harry Potter, a freaking children's book.
Its because of people like this airhead that most people just shake their heads and sigh at the southern conservative. A bunch of backwards bible thumpers.

The Media only focuses on our wackos...just like they always look for the dumbest person to interview after a tornado has came thru...I am a Southerner born and bread, and I find nothing wrong with Harry Potter, actually I have read all the books and I am waiting for the next movie to come out (and I let my kids watch them too...)...many of us dislike our religious wackos as much as other people do...

Harry Potter seems to be a fairly small issue. Witchcraft is not a new theme to children's fiction books. I don't really see how Harry Potter "indoctrinates" children in witchcraft. I would much rather have my kids reading Harry Potter than staring at a TV all day. The benefits of reading far outweigh the possible negative effect of indoctrination, which in my opinion, does not exist.

You do not know southern folks at all so you should wait and educate yourself I know it is hard you are a liberal, but you do not know us and personally speaking I don't care to know you.
You have the gall to talk about censorship when folks like yourself are trying to censor talk radio, In contrast all we are trying to do is to keep our children away from negative influences, we can block the TV but we can't block the sewage fed to our children in the public schools, Like Making them see Gores Movie and calling it science while not showing the other side of the arguement, which if done together is science but only one movie it is called PROPAGANDA. but you are just another backward liberal calling the south backward, I will be laughing at you liberals when the south gains representation at your expense in the next census because all those people fleeing your enlightened policies and Taxation.
