Need to open windows xp pro protection.?

Question

I have windows xp pro in my laptop. I was working for a company and they set it up for their protection, with many security locks.
I have left the company and their TI would not help since I am not their employee anymore.
Is there an easy way to open the xp pro so that it will act as xp ?
Also is there a way to reinstall xp pro without loosing most of my data and programs?

Don't know what you mean "open xp pro so tht it will act as xp". Windows XP is Windows XP and will perform as Windows XP should.

You can burn all your data to a CD, if you have a CD burner in our laptop or processor.

Here are program I use that will give you 100% protection. Ofcourse you must also have all your critical updates installed from Microsoft.
