Yes he should be.
Bush's authorization of the domestic warrantless wiretapping program violates FISA. If he has broken laws under FISA, then he has committed a crime.
Thomas Kean and the nonpartisan Congressional Research Council have concluded that Bush acted unlawfully in doing so. Many legal scholars have as well.

i've got faith that the Atlanta Hawks will win the NBA Champinship earlier George W. Bush is impeached and since the Hawks are actually not prevalent to win the NBA Championship every time quickly, Bush isn't impeached every time quickly and whether the Hawks win the NBA Championshp in 2008, it is going to likely be too overdue to question Bush with the aid of 2008 Presidential Election.

Oh great, another impeach bush post. Do you have any specific grounds you'd like to present to back up your call for impeachment? At lest the other dozen or so other posts calling for his impeachment provided that much.

If only the Democrats had the balls, which they don't.
If the tables were 100% reversed and it was Clinton who started this war, was President when gas prices are at record levels, who proposed illegal wiretapping, search and siezure on U.S. citizens, and who lied to Americans about WMDs, etc. etc. the Republicans would have tried to impeach him long ago.
The only reason Bush hasn't had to endure impeachment is because he is a Republican. His crimes in office are far worse and far more reaching than Clinton's ever were.

Haven't you paid attention the last 129 times some liberal asked this question? The answer is always the same and fantasizing isn't going to change it. There've been no/zero/zilch/nada/ impeachable offenses. None. Grow up, learn to think for yourself, throw away your skateboard and learn some facts about your president.

I'm tired of your constant whining. Just go ahead and impeach him.
Oh wait, that's right you can't find anything you can impeach him on. Sucks don't it?

Antiliber nailed the issue - no crime, no foul.
Besides, by the time you could build a case, we'd be half-way to the elections. And even if you could trump up some charges and get it to stick, you'd have Dick Cheney as president.

There is no evidence or charge that Bush has committed any crime. You may not like his policies, and argue about his results in Iraq . but, all this talk of impeachment is ridiculous until you can give some sort of proof of a crime.
