You can indeed still be sued. Most professionals carry malpractice insurance for 10 years after they quit practicing.

Was it an LLC????? Or were you sole proprietor????

Probably doesn't matter in the world of law suits you can still be sued! Best bet is to get a good lawyer!

None, unless they were criminal actions and the authorities can prove INTENT.
