Yes, it should. Before 1948, there was nothing called "Israel". But of course this will not happen. On the contrary, Israel wants to extend it's lands through occupation. I think Israel is killing itself by creating more enemies, and these enemies won't let it survive for ever.

The Palistinians never had israel to begin with.
In fact, the term Palistinian didnt exist until 1946.
Before Israel was a nation, Palestine was a territory of Great Britain.
Before that it was part of the Ottoman Empire, controlled by the Turks.
Before that It was fought over constantly during the crusades.
Before that it was part of the Roman Empire.
The last time that the land of Palestine was self governed was when it was a Jewish nation - King Herod was a Jew.
Does that give the jews the right to the land now? no, but the Land of Palestine has not been an independant land in over 2000 years.
The land was never the palestinians to begin with, so there is nothing to give back - like I said, the term Palestinian didnt exist until 70 years ago, it was invented as a name for those people who fled the land of Israel when the Arab countries attacked Israel in 1946.

Huh? It wasn't theirs to begin with.
Besides, Jordan holds over 70% of what would be considered "Palestinean" territory. Israel holds a much smaller amount by comparison. Obviously a solution is needed for Jerusalem, and having Israel give back some territory may help- but the big issues for the Palestineans don't even involve Israel.
If you agree with King Abdullah & King Hussein that "Jordan is Palestine and Palestine is Jordan", then the Palestineans already have a state. If you disagree with that claim, that means Jordan is the largest occupier of Palestinean lands, not Israel.
Keep in mind that the disputed areas held by Israel now were taken in self-defense when neighboring countries attacked! And LOST, by the way.... Israel offered to give those territories back in exchange for peace agreements, but Egypt and Syria and Jordan REFUSED, which forces Israel to keep those lands for their own security- until adjoining countries give up their mission of eliminating Israel.
Update: It sounds like you haven't really studied the history of the area. Ignore the propaganda- look at a map and check the facts for yourself!

No, 'cause it was never their's to begin with, they only had that land as discarded Arabs. The term "Palestinian" is a derogatory term given to displaced Arabs (Displaced by their own Arab brothers, by the way).
The so-called Palestinians have an opportunity to integrate into Israel and or be absorbed by their Arab brother's nations, but guess what? No Arab nation wants them because they are better to them being used as political bait! The Arab nations want a reason to nuke Israel, "Off the map," and to "kill all her Jews!"
All Israel has ever asked is to be, "Left alone." The Arab nations have how much land? Leave Israel's little spot alone already!

Well it's really difficult...No...Israel exists now and there is nothing we can d about it,except accept it...So I believe that a two state solution is the best thing we can do right now...Israel should totally withdraw from West Bank and allow the creation of a Palestinian state in the borders from 1967...

No, It is Israels land.
God gave it to them over 5,000 years ago.
Notice how every time someone tries to take it, they always fall:
Rome fell.
The Nazis fell.
But yet Israel always prevails.
It is Israels land, No matter what anyone says.

Probably too late for that now. It should be divided, though. I wish we would quit letting the Bible dictate our foreign policy.
What would help is for the U.S. to cut the blind support of Israel, though.
