Handcuffed in public?

If there were to friends in public & one of them was handcuffed, would it be legal, as long as both parties consented? Would the police give any problems about it?

No, the cops really wouldn't care. They have more important things to worry about. Handcuffs aren't uncommon at night clubs!

Legal? of course. WOuld they get static from the police; if you were an officer and saw 2 people handcuffed......
