That is a hard question to answer, It all depends on how you look at it. Let's just take bush as a subject. He says he is a man of god but in the bible it's says not to have more than you need. Maybe he needs millions of dollars in his saving account. Yes is the answer to your question, money, power and greed is all really care about in my eyes.

What greed? Oh, you mean successful companies hiring lots of workers, who can then get off of welfare and actually pay into the system rather than take from it. Then you get more taxpayers and lower welfare bill which means everyone pays a lower percentage of their hard earned money to the government and they can save, invest , or spend(all good for the economy) their OWN money. Boy, they are greedy. How dare they provide jobs to allow people to take care of themselves.
