2x² - 5x + 4 = 0

a = 2, b = - 5, c = 4

x = - ( - 5) ± √(- 5) - 4(2)(4) / 2(2)

x = 5 ± √ 25 - 32 / 4

x = 5 ± √- 7 / 4

x = 5 ± i √7 / 4

x = 5 ± i2.645751311 / 4
