No, I am not trying to expose frauds, I don't know much about making sense of charts, and I didn't want to ask a professional, just an enthusiast. Jeez. If there's a pro online, that would be cool as well. Duh.

...the person erecting this chart for amateur public interpretation has more than one motive.
a.) it is probably a parent of a child(youth)-bearer of this chart.
b.) it neglects to place any degree or house dimensions within its boundaries. showing absence of knowledge of astrology and astrologers.

therefore it is unsafe to interpret.

no virgo with jupiter rising and saturn in virgo of 12th/1st would place this up for viewing unless there is a secret motive. which is also hinted by a preponderance of planetary influences in the southern-hemisphere. serious/meticulous with a gifted-orator showy side and whole bunch of spiritual associated contemplatives
my guess is that it is an arbitrary natal chart for the purpose of fishing out amateurs as charlatans.

i don't know that there be enmity of this person manipulating a childs chart but there do be a motive unspoke.

**edit**....then permit me to advise you. the information you have up here is insufficient. the more appropriate manner of relating is to simply put up the *date/time/location* of birth.

that is all that is required. and an amateur of more or less experience can manage the rest.

the way you have it is as dangerous in this world of secret adversity. and there is no way i would step into the high-risk zone of shadowy legal managers which are out here.

also....to request a full interpretation is asking quite a bit for no returns. perhaps if you have a question or two which comes to the front of your conscious...we can begin there.

i realize you are a private individual (or so is the person whose chart this is) but you must give something up which is workable. otherwise you won't get good answers.
