Tell me, anyone have a good headache remedy on hand?

Hmmm, that's an awful lot of medication that's being suggested. My headache remedy is completely natural, but unmentionable. I am not the kind of angel that discusses those things with strangers ;)

Take yourself away from what is causing you to have a headache. I am planning on moving away from my family and leaving behind the headaches that come with them.

Water, and take your index and thumb and stick them right between your eyes and press hard. Do little circles w/ your index on the sides of your eyes. Take some motrin or excedrin. Maybe use head-on or a wet rag for your forehead.

3-4 fresh mint leaves pounded into 3 T sugar & covered with boiling water (8oz). let it sit for about 3 min and drink.

Massage your shoulders, back of the neck, & forehead with Bengay or Vicks. Works for me.

Alieve, Advil, Tylenol, anything with ibuprofen in it will do. And drink lots of water!

I just had to take 2 feverfew and 3 tylenol! It's starting to feel better.

I use Afrin that nasal spray stuff but sinus medicine works well too you just get drowsy
