I've heard that people with dimples on the shoulders are connected with the Sioux Indians. Is this true?

Some guy stopped me in my tracks at Lowes and told me that I had to be part Sioux because of the dimples on my shoulders. He said that the Sioux are the only culture in the world with this condition. I cannot find anything on the internet about this. Any help would be appreciated.

The only references I could find were for Apert syndrome. And I think that people of Asian descent have a higher chance of having Apert.
