Spittle, brittle, whittle, little, Skittle, noncommittal, acquittal, transmittal... that's about all I can come up with off the top of my head.

I don't believe there is a single word that rhymes with hospital, but you might be able to meet the needs of a poem or song lyric with rhyme and meter with a phrase such as "costs little" , "hot sepal" or "posits hell" . You can come close with three-syllable words with the emphasis on the first syllable and including similar-sounding dipthongs, such as "malleable", "syllable", "cuspidor", etc. It all depends on why you need to rhyme that particular word. Actually, "syllable" is darned close to a rhyme, isn't it?

No, for something to rhyme it has to end in a similar way. Such as "way" and "hay" or "door" and "floor".
