I think you mean should you leave it in the pot it came in or not? It depends on what you bought. If it is an annual, most likely it will get too big for the pot. If it is a perennial, then it should be planted in the ground. Really the only things that should be left in the pots are things like planters and hanging baskets. They are meant to be left that way, most other things are meant to be planted.

HUH? I cut flowers, place them in the bucket with water and let them sit for up to a day before I arrange them. It depends on what was in the bucket before (chemicals) how clean the bucket is and what material it's made from. Rust might be an issue....clogging the stems.
