As other have said, it's best to use no chemicals at all or if you do be sure to select things labeled safe for aquarium use. Most window cleaners contain ammonia which is harmful tot he fish and peroxide in any significant amount will cause serious damage to fishes gills. It is also an oxidizing agent that can quickly kill bacteria including the "cycle bacteria" you want to have in your tank, so I would suggest very strongly avoiding that potential dangerous chemical in your tanks.

You are better of without any chemicals. There are some quite efficient aquarium cleaners which do not cost very much. They have a special sponge and/or a razor blade, depending on the aquarium walls (acrylic or glass), and do a good job. They even have a handle so that you don't get your hands wet ;-) Also you could use the magnetic ones, but they are a little bit more expensive.

Windowcleaners contain ammonia. Do not clean your tank with them.

You can use peroxide if need be (won't hurt the fish) however a soft clean cloth, even dampened will do the trick.
