Ok let's say I have my website called :www. pctech.com
Now I want to create a subdomain name : www.dallas.pctech.com
Should I create a different folder named dallas??
When they say you need to point out to your subfolder what will be my subfolfer? Dallas??
Please explain that into details. I know exactly how to host a regular site but I never created a subdomain before. Thanks

Yes go ahead and create the second folder to organize the files separately from the main domain also you can have different security options on the second folder.
Sub domains are used for security, file permissions and organization.

depending on weather or not your host supports sub domains when you create the directory 'dallas' you should be able to type dallas.domain.com as the url and it will display the page. otherwise you're stuck with domain.com/dallas

which server are you using?
if you are using apache then just create virtual servers and point them to different folders.

creating folder will just create a new directory structure, you do not get sub domain.

like
http://www.paijwar.com
http://games.paijwar.com
here games is sub domain of paijwar.com

but if you only create then it will be
http://www.paijwar.com/games/
later one is not sub domain its on directory

to create sub domain you should have permissions on your web servers to create them, or you should have permission to change your dns settings.

any help let me know at help@paijwar.com

You just ask your hosting company to create it for you. or do it yourself if you have access to the control panel with enough rights.
