I was in the Coors skybox at Camden Yards once. It was awesome. Free beer (including Killians Red) on tap and free food. Yes, you could open or close the windows for viewing. Private bathroom, etc. Very memorable experience.
Unlikely to be able to get any kind of a foul ball, though.

In 2003, I got a first-row seat in the outfield foul territory in Wrigley Field. The Cubs were leading 3-0 in the eighth inning and the Marlins' Luis Castillo hit a ball over my way. I tried to catch it but inadvertently knocked it away from Moises Alou. Though Alou could have caught it, the umps ruled no interference because the ball would've been in the seats. There were one out at the time, and it could've been two. After that, Castillo walked, the Cubs made an errors and the Marlins rallied for 8 runs to win 8-3. When I touched that ball, the Cubs were leading 3-2 in the NLCS and five outs away from the World Series, which they haven't made since 1945. The Marlins also won Game 7 of the NLCS and the World Series.

I've sat in the VIP infield seats at AT&T Park in San Francisco. You have food delivered to your seat, but have to pay for it..... Only perk is that you enter and exit through the same walkway that the Giants and their opponents use.
I like the Diamond Level seats better at Oakland. The food there is free (from a specific menu based upon the Athletics' opponent that day), you use the same entrance as players from both teams and first two alcoholic drinks are free. Non-alcoholic drinks are all free. They treat your children extra special because my kids received a "going away" tray full of snacks and theatre sized candy before we left. Our seatmates are Vida Blue and his guests, which makes it even more exciting! Before and after the game, we have easiest access for player autographs because both dugouts frame the Diamond Level seating.
Gotta love corporate season tickets at Oakland!

The viewing is awesome, the food and alcohol are free, the window can be open or shut depending on preference (but I doubt you'll get any balls hit there.
