Yes, It is possible to obtain a copy of your Performance Appraisals by writing a letter to Human Resources Department.

You can also send it via the US Mail and Certified Mail to get a return receipt.

You may also want to consider obtaining:

- Employment Verification Letter

This verifies your employment dates and positions held while employed for your records.

In the future when you receive a Review make sure to make a COPY for your records. The supervisor or manager should automatically give you a copy of the SIGNED Performance Review upon administering it to you. That's a professional practice and the sign of a good leader.

It probably depends on how long ago you worked for them. They don't keep personnel files forever.
