One question is "What risks have you taken since you started working here?" I don't know how to answer this question. i am an administrative assistant. I answer phones, run errands, and do a little accounting. I don't think I've taken any risks.

If you feel that you aren't taking any risks, you may want to answer that question like..."None, thus far. However, when the situation arises I am prepared." Answering the question this way allows your employer to see that you are prepared for more responsibility if a promotion becomes available. If you honestly aren't prepared for potential "risks" You could say, "None, thus far. However, I am looking forward to a challenge." You have to answer the question in a positive light, without making up an answer, that highlights you as a valued employee.

If you haven't taken any risks, don't be afraid to say "none." It's not worth making something up. And the answer your boss is hoping for may just be "none."
