I havent seen a decent one in the skies around my area for about four years!

Make that five minutes ago! I just looked out the window its been raining all day on and off and theres a RAINBOW! I can see it really clearly too! wow!

probably about 6 months ago when I was driving, I nearly went off the road trying to catch another glimpse lol.

Yesterday there was a rainbow around the sun in central Texas at a lake.
I have never seen a round rainbow before, especially one that went entirely around the sun. Most rainbows are arcs, not circles.

I live in the desert and rain is a rarity. I can't remember the last time I saw a rainbow, and I miss them. Hate the desert.

About two weeks ago... and actually, I got to see a 'double' rainbow (one was very distinct, and there looked like there was a second, lighter rainbow slightly above it).
Very cool.
