new in box or just in good condition. but perfer new in box. but it don't matter

The only kit of the "Train Maersk" out there is by "Deans Marine" in the United Kingdom in 1/96th scale.(http://www.deansmarine.co.uk/), and the only US distibutor is the link I gave you the last time you asked this query.

Your only other option is to check Ebay
