People that are very subjective can be changed by subtle influences and conditioning. But that's a bit sneaky, especially when they don't know what's happening to them. The better way is drop good hints and suggestions on them at a conscious level. That way they will hopefully have an "ah haaaa" experience where they realize the truth for themselves and will change from within.

No one has the power to change anyone else, it is ultimately the person's decision if they want to change or not. Of course you can inspire or promote change in a person, but they have to do the changing themselves.
