Crude oil is a mixture of hydrocarbons ranging from compounds that contain 5 carbons, all the way to those that contain hundreds of carbons. The different parts of the crude are then fractionated into desired fractions: gasolines, jet fuels, diesels, kerosene, heating oils, resins and asphaltenes. The condensate you speak of may be those hydrocarbons that separate from the others...not sure about that one.
