Quenn Victoria was certainly not Queen in 1815, as the first answer suggests. She did not ascend the throne until 22 years later in 1837. The King at the time was King George III, but the country was effectively being ruled by his son, the Prince Regent who ascended the throne in his own right as George IV in 1820

In 1815, George III was king along with wife, Charlotte of Mecklenburg. Had 15 children.
