Being from the west midlands I I tend to say 'man' a lot. As in 'Yeah man that is cool' or 'pass me the joint man' or 'man I really need some sleep'

I know a very dear, slightly deaf, eldery man who says 'well done' at the start and end of every sentence and in answer to everything you say - for example you could say to him 'I got run over by a bus today' and he would reply 'well done, that's marvellous news, well done' so I have started saying 'well done' all the time, in fact, I start most conversations by saying 'well done' - and all my mates are doing it too, so it has become a little craze - so well done to me, well done! :-)

My overused expression is random. I put it in every sacracastic sentence or if something is out of the norm.
