Because she is pscyho and not tuned into reality. She is deluded into believing she is still hot and a good mother. Sad statement is that nearly 75% of the polled public believes that her skank party boy ex, K-Fed, is a better parent (even according to her own mom, Lynne). Now that is truly pathetic!
