I don't have any favorites, but I enjoy cooking. I see it as an art as well as relaxation therapy. Even if what I make does not turn out the way it should, it see it as a learning tool. I only get pissed when others are in the kitchen, and are providing me with THEIR way of doing things. Too many cooks in the kitchen do spoil the broth and everything else!!!
