I am breastfeeding and have a 2 month old. Waited 2 months after birth to start having sex again and started bleeding real bad. Stopped having sex immediately because of the pain and noticed the blood. Any suggestions?

Could be a period... did it stop after you stopped having sex?...Everything is ultra delicate in there anyways because you recently gave birth. It takes longer than most people think to totally return to normal.
I would go to the Dr, have him check that everything is ok, that way you won't be stressed.

Maybe you didn't give yourself enough time down there for it to heal completely. I know doctors usually say 6 weeks but it's always better to wait a lil longer so nothing bad happens. Consult your doctor.
