The 2nd one by a mile- no contest!

The Radeon X1950 Pro is much, much better than the Radeon X1650 XT... Here's a link to a direct comparison of those 2 cards below. As you can see, the X1950 Pro has a slightly higher clock speed, but a 256-bit memory bus and double the memory bandwidth.

The ATI Radeon X1650 is roughly equivalent to Nvidia's GeForce 7300, while the X1950 is slightly better than the 7900. The higher price tag of the 2nd card is well worth it.

Pretty much the same thing but the x1950 is an updated version.

the second one has a higher clock speed, it will have less lag and better performance, but i would suggest getting an Nvidia card
