Go to your local drug store and pick up prenatal vitamins
Go to your local DHHR or Social Services to apply for medical assistance
Find a doctor and make an appointment now, usually it takes a few weeks for that first appointment. I know some OB offices offer a sliding scale or will wait until medical assistance comes in to begin billing. When you call, tell them your situation.

I don't really know what to tell you...maybe you could go to the doctor and tell them your situation! Maybe they know of a separate type of insurance that covers maternity, or if that doesn't work, then maybe you could set up a payment plan with them! Cause you need medical care while you are pregnant! Good luck with everything...I hope it all works out for you!!!!

Congratulations..You need to get into to see the doctor as soon as possible so that you can start taking pre-natal vitamins also if your insurance does not cover maternity you may want to look into another insurance company..Please do not be another person that depends on welfare(us) to take care of your medical..

Congrats!
If your insurnace doesnt do maternity than I'd look for new insurance or go on Medicaid if you qualify.
You need to set up your first OB appt and start taking prenatal vitamins also.

Well, regardless of your insurance, you need good pre-natal care and regular doctors visits.
Get on some pre-natal vitamins (they sell them in grocery stores, or Wal-Mart,, Target, etc).
-make an appt with an OB/GYN for your first checkup. Tell them about your insurance issues, they may be able to recommend some government programs.
Good luck!

make an appointment with the OB right away! Even though insurance doesn't cover it, it's important to get to a DR ASAP.

you should go to your doctor and get advice on what you should do and how you can reshape your life, ie diet and daily routine, to fit with your new pregnancy. then keep a calender of how long it's been and when you think your baby will be born.
