knows what??? There's nothing going on here in MO that I know of. Yea, granted the water levels are up & some areas down in southern MO are flooded but that's about it. Btw, as for hillbilly comments....one better be thinking about some of the extremely rural areas when speaking of hillbillies. I live in MO & am in no way a hillbilly. I also live in the suburbs though.
