And, if you read history (during Desert Shield and Desert Storm) and figure the relationship they once had, it simply makes since why Bush chose to switch gears and beat on Iraq.

No, Bush was merely best friends with the Bin Laden family, and other Saudis. Other Presidents have had relations with the Sauids as well, and it has nothing to do with what we should do anywhere in the Middle East. And no, goldenrae9. We did NOT put the Taliban in power!

You're an idiot dude...I hate Bush as much as the next guy but no..that had little or nothing to do with it. The Bush / Bin-Laden families were friends in the 80's and 90's, but Osama was never a part of that. Nobody knows why Bush chose to "beat on Iraq" but it had nothing to do with saving Bin Ladens ***...

The Bin Laden family (the largest CONSTRUCTION business in Saudi Arabia), which shunned thier son Osama, invested in numerous oil companies arround the world including Bush's Arbusto. They wern't friends. Also Osama had been out of Saudi Arabi for a long time. The real boondogle is with Pervez Musariff of Pakistan who has refused to go to the tribal region and find Osama Bin Laden. We still have ties with him.

The United States (not George W. Bush) supported bin Laden at one time against invasion by Russia. Better get your history straight.

Yes, we even put the Taliban in power in Afghanistan years ago. Beyond that, we are provided wonderful training camps for Al Qeada in Iraq. Nothing trains someone like actual war practice.

Bush and Bin Laden never met, were never friends, and never had any contact.

Bin Laden hated america since his early childhood.

Just because you make it up, doesn't mean it is true.

Nice try.
