Lyle Overbay would be a good 1B to have unless your fantasy league gives out a lot of points for home runs and RBIs. Overbay will get you an average over .300 most likely and he can drive the ball to gaps so he'll get you a lot of doubles. if consistency is something that will help you out in your fantasy league then keep Overbay. Now that its 2 months into the season you won't get any good 1B free agents or really have a chance to make a good trade so stick with Overbay.

I think you better pick Sexson back up before someone else does. Sexson's average hasn't been great but the Mariners are hitting the ball a lot better and he has been heating up. If you have other players who will have a good avg. then pick up Sexson because he will still hit close to 40 HR's. It is only a matter of time before his average starts to climb back up. He has raised it from .170 something to .199 in the past 2 or 3 games. I think he is heating up (he even had a home run yesterday.) He also has 11 hits in the last 8 games.
Give Sexson a second chance and pick him up.

I like Overbay, and Blake is a good backup. Just hang tight, don't fret...... Overbay will pay off down the stretch, I promise. It's a long season don't freak out now.

You should try and trade both of them for say Delgado, or someone that is maybe not a number 1(Pujols,Howard,Berkman) but in that second group of guys like Delgado,Helton,Fielder. Also take a look at every teams line up. Look to see where they may need an upgrade at and where you maybe have an extra player like the two you have. Konerko has been struggling as of late but is showing signs of coming around and you could probably get him cheap right now.

I'd ride the Blake train while it's runnning hard.
and Overbay is a solid play, especially if you get some homeruns out of your outfield. I'd ride it and see.

Yeah I feel really sorry for you he is awful. but I really like Casey Blake he will give your lineup more solidity. Richie Sexson would be excellent if you got points for SO's
