im thinking in the future to get a 300 litre aquarium i want 6 angelfish how many small fish can i add ( i want guppy size fish or bit bigger)

That's going to be quite a full tank when those angels get big. Danios might be a nice addition ... watch out what smaller fish you get . . . those angels will be a good target for fin nippers. Rasboras may do nicely and they tend to school. A heavily planted tank would expand your choices.

it will be like fast food for the angel fish ,don't use guppies .
try neon's in a scholl of about 12 see if they last (they are faster than guppies ) you may need to consider larger fish that wont become din dins for the angel fish

your probably looking at a 6ft tank maybe, 6 angel fish will reach a size of 25cm (10in) so that is 150cm (60in).
then at this size the fish will become bullies and kill smaller companions, therefore larger fish will be required so approx 10 medium fish would be adequate

In the US, we say freshwater fish need one gallon of water per inch of fish... adult fish that is. If you are going to keep guppies, keep in mind they breed like crazy.

depending on how well filtered the tank, I would say about 24 smaller fish.
