well my husband is a very rich man and i caught him cheating on me with 3 different women, i married him 15 years ago and we have 2 lovely children, he has backstabbed me and i really want to hurt him... he doesnt know that i know he's cheating... hell he is probably with one of his mistresses now... i just want to take half of his money... i dont really care about the money i just want to ruin his life... and dont tell me to confront him or move on or nothing like that... when u catch ur husband cheating on you and you want to go him back you wouldnt want someone telling u to move on... i just want to know how to get a prenup removed so i can divorce his *** and get half?

I don't think there is any way you can cancel a pre-nup, i'm sorry to hear what your going through i know how it feels. only thing i could suggest which is not a good suggestion..You can take out all the money in his bank account and just leave without a word..

You pretty much have screwed yourself. It is very difficult to get out a prenup. Hire an attorney and see what they think. However, you are looking more for revenge and despite the fact he is a scumbag, your revenge on him is not good either. You are entitled to something because of your marriage, but not half.

Who wrote it? Was it a mutual agreement and signed by both? If so then thers not much luck in eliminating it but one good thing is courts in the US arent honoring pre-nupsin divorce court so this may not be as bleak as it appears. Get a very good lawyer and charge it to him.Sue him for divorce on the grounds of adultery and sue his a.s for everything youre legally entitled to

Geez, you think somebody here can kill your prenup? Maybe someone else here did, but, you know what, big deal. Whether or not theirs was written crappily enough to allow them a loophole to get out of it doesn't mean YOURS is anything less than airtight.
Only a lawyer can tell you.

You wont be gettig half of his stuff unless the prenup says its null if he cheats. If he was planning to cheat Im sure he left that part out.

if it wasnt in the pre nup not sure what cha can do..see if u can find a lawyer who will challenge the prenup. good luck
