Below is a list of 486 consignment stores in your are, just choose the one closest to you.
Goodwill/Salvation Army are another option, but keep in mind that they still sell the items then use the money for their charities- they don't just give them to those in need like I once thought.
If money for the clothes isn't important to you, then take them to a women's shelter. They will use the (women's and children's) clothes directly and would probably appreciate your generosity the most.
The Cherry Street Mission and YWCA are the only two women's shelters that I could find in your area.
Good luck!

Try Once Upon A Child for your baby clothes. For your women's clothes I am not sure... but look it up in your local phone book. If you can't find anything you could always give it to Good Will... it's for a good cause.

Salvation Army, GoodWill, Volunteers of America, consignment shops, "Mothers of Twins" club (or similar), your own garage sale, donate to a Hospice Home for their fund drive sale, donate to the local homeless mission...
the choices are endless
and don't forget, the Battered Women's Shelter

Take it to the park where the local homeless people hang out. I'm sure that someone there will find a use for it.
