Causes can be various, but excluding physical ones I think your problem will have some psychological cause.
Usually who isn't able to perform coitus or to ejaculate during any sexual intercourse with a girl, while alone he is getting erection and orgasm perfectly, will have suffered a (sexual) trauma during his infancy, or his inner sex conception will be wrong because at unconscious level sex just becomes a bad/wrong affair while any girl represent the mother figure and the sperm a nasty stuff bringing to the pregnancy.

I found that when I take certain cold medicines I had a problem. However, it was only my problem. My wife still had a good time and that was just fine with me!
