Hamish, I highly doubt it that she said that cause she didn't want to be fired. Even that afternoon, she went to talk shows to do damage control. Also, she called Rosie at her home and Rosie won't talk to her. Shame on Rosie for not taking her phone calls. You will think Rosie is the younger one.

There are children slowly starving to death on our own doorstep. This right here in Canada, and the United States so when things like Rosie's rosy little world is upset by reality, and makes the grade for news? Then I find it all disgusting. Who the hell cares about a talk show host, and her petty public squabbles. Lesbian or pregnant?
It's frustrating to see news reporters gather information about the presidents dinky-donk and who sucked it where and when Then drag it on for weeks at a time.It's frustrating to see a complete government spend trillions of dollars on defence that is not needed, then appropriate billions more to fund an illegal war. It's frustrating when the media makes entertainment the headlines when you know they can force the government to spend on the hungry, not a perceived enemy.
I don't care how Eliza or Rosie handled anything publicly. They're views are not strong enough to help the downtrodden .......their spat is a nothing.

Hamish is right she had to so that she could keep her job. The truth is 80% of viewers do not like hasselbeck. Even the republicans don't like her. The reason being she makes them all look bad. She blindly follows what ever is said by the president, jumps the gun and runs her mouth. I personally don't care for her, but did get upset by the fight because she is pregnant. (I think that when you are pregnant you should always try to remain as calm as possible, and those around you should also try and keep things calm.) BUt at the same time I am sure it has got to be hard, when she obnoxiosly runs her mouth.

I think rosie always treated elisabeth like a child, it was insulting how she treated her. She always had a sarcastic tone to her fellow co-hosts. High time she left "the veiw". Class is one thing rosie is fresh out of. Glad she gone, she always said things to elisabeth like "oh you are young, so we'll let that comment go" like anyone under 40 is an idiot.
