Memorial day should be about those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country...not about some power hungry ambulance chasing metro sexual.

he actually said the opposite, learn to lie a little less in life and it may serve to make you look more intelligent, why do you hate America so much you can't be honest with its people?

I believe it was an attempt to pander to the anti-war left. But it seems to have been more of a miscalculation.
