I think you're freaking out needlessly, although I know what it's like to be pregnant and nervous about everything. Here's my opinion:
1. the fumes were likely minimal and as others have mentioned many pregnant women expose themselves to more fumes for longer periods of time without incident.
2. the placenta filters out most toxins so if you did breathe in some fumes, and if some did pass through your lungs and into your blood stream, the placenta would work to filter most of them out so the baby would be exposed to minimal if any fumes.
3. IT'S ALREADY HAPPENED AND YOU CAN'T TURN IT AROUND! If you stress over this, the ongoing stress will affect your baby more than the original incident itself. I wouldn't bother calling your Dr. I would maybe mention it at your next appointment if you want to feel better, but it's not a crisis in my opinion and therefore doesn't warrant a crisis call.
Don't be so hard on yourself, it wasn't a big deal. I admire you for being so concerned about your baby, I wish more women took better precautions during pregnancy, but there is a point where you need to chill out or you'll go crazy.
Good luck.

Dont listen to Maureen.
Although its not recommended to breathe in all those fumes, i used to work in a nail salon 15 years ago and the fumes were much worse than they are today.
A girl I worked with had 3 pregnancies while working there (didn't know any better at the time) and her kids were fine.
Please don't fret..baby will be fine and if you want to get pedicures during your pregnancy (very soothing) choose a salon that only does manicures and pedicure and no acrylic or gel.
Congrats!

what exactly is the big deal about this?? Most of my friends had their nails done throughout their pregnancies... sitting for 3 hours isn't going to hurt you, how strong can the fumes possibly be?? there aren't any in our salons.. maybe yours are different..?? Waxing doesn't give off any fumes? Don't worry, I can't see any issue here whatsoever.. (But don't colour your hair, the fumes are far worse and the jury is still out whether hairdye itself is harmful.. so err on the safe side.)

Your baby is fine. The fetus can take a lot before the 12 week mark. We breathe in much more bad air outside everyday than spending just 3 hours indoors. Don't listen to a lot of the pregnancy myths out there. They are mostly just bs.
If you have questions or concerns, ASK YOUR OB! You are paying for them!

I wouldn't sweat it hon. There's this nail salon at the mall, and the owner/operator is pregnant. She's around it every day, all day long. She DOES wear a mask though. 3 hours isn't going to do anything. But if it would make you feel better, when you go to the doctors, ask him how he feels about it.

I'm sure that you are probably alright. While you shouldn't breathe in fumes like that, you have to remember that your body works somewhat as a filter before things get to the baby.

your baby will be fine, fumes wont really afect a fetus, if you fell lightheaded or get a headache out of the blue you need to o get fresh air immeddiatly, the light headed ness and headache is caused by oxygen deprivation to the brain. your baby will be totally healthy as long as you practice self control with cigs, and alcohol. hope i helped, best wishes for you and baby!!!

It's not very good ideal, maybe it can transmit diseases,
if tools, using to peel off and cut skin, are not sterilized with UV light or hot beads device like dental tools. Good luck.
