Rosie O'Donnell is a blessing. She is such a perfect encapsulation of everything that is wrong and stupid about far left liberals. Recently she actually claimed - on air - that there were 650,000 dead Iraqis, all of them were killed by the US, and that US troops are the 'real terrorists' in Iraq.
We all know the fallacy of Rosie's position. We all know simply by reading headlines from independent news agencies that more than 95% of the people killed in Iraq die from insurgent and terrorist action, not the action of any coalition military. In fact our military is so good at avoiding civilian casualties that our big scandals involve detainment, not killing - and they are scandals precisely because they are deviations from the norm.
So why is Rosie allowed to continue to operate on air spreading such garbage?
She is sooo lucky she in the USA because in other country she be in prision!

I don't think the liberals are aware of how much of a curse Rosie is to their "side."

Marilu - If "freedom of speech" means Rosie has to be given a show to express her opinions on, then I should sue ABC! I've never even HAD a show. Gee! My rights have sure been violated!!!

That Rosie O"Donnel is even in the same disscussion as U.S. policy in Iraq or anywhere else just goes to show that the majority of people in America are out of their minds. What does this woman know about anything other than trying to push the gay agenda? She has no credibility when it comes to any serious subject like U.S. foreign policy. their is a segment of our population that are shut-ins and complete idiots that give her credence and the networks give her exposure.

She's allowed to voice her far left opinions for the same reason that Bill O'Reilly or Rush Limbaugh are allowed to voice their far right opinions...because this is a free country and we do have freedom of speech.

We all have the freedom of speech. I also dont agree with what she said but shes allowed to say whatever she wants as long as america is a free country.
